My name is Louise, I was born and raised in South Wales, UK and have called Dubai my home for the last 6 years. Prior to this I had the pleasure of travelling the world Dancing on Cruise Ships. With a passion for movement I perused a career in fitness. All I want is for people to feel their absolute best in and out of the studio.
What to expect in my class:
Expect a positive, bubbly, energetic attitude from start to finish with a 'Kill you with kindness' approach.I find myself quite theatrical at times, as I have so much passion and energy helping each client through a challenging, fast paced sequence, where choreography is my forte, that will allow you to feel muscles you may not know you had.I'm a lover of hands-on correction and will ensure to guide you through each position in detail, whilst partying along to house/dance tunes to help you all reach your full potential.
