RA Strength is a dynamic and challenging 50-minute class designed to help you lift smarter and build strength and muscle endurance while focusing on improving your form and technique. The TRX is at the centre of this workout, however expect to use a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, Kettlebells and medicine balls in a carefully structured program; always designed to help you achieve muscular failure and improve the overall effectiveness of your workout. All levels welcome.
