Our TRX classes are taught by seasoned trainers who will help you improve your form and technique. 60% of each 50 minute session will be devoted to TRX, and the rest of the time will be divided between other movements and props including dumbbells, kettlebells and cardio bursts.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A TRX CLASS

TRX is short for Total Body Resistance Exercise. It is a type of strength training program developed by former U.S. Navy SEAL Randy Hetrick that uses bodyweight as resistance with the help of strategically positioned straps and an anchored suspension system.
