Our signature RA class. This class takes you through 50 minutes of intense strength exercises performed on the Lagree Megaformer M3K+. In Reform Method, you can expect Lagree with a twist – we’ve put our own spin on the traditional Lagree method by varying up tempos and sequencing methods inspired by Pilates and other disciplines. Reform Method delivers a very challenging, high-intensity, full-body workout that is low impact by design; ideal for any level of fitness. Classes are taught in a high energy atmosphere to motivating music focusing on full body strength and conditioning. All levels welcome.
