The Reform Method takes you through 50 minutes of challenging strength exercises performed on the Lagree Megaformer M3K+. In this class you can expect Lagree with a twist – we’ve put our own spin on the traditional Lagree method by varying up tempos and sequencing methods inspired by Pilates and other disciplines. Reform Method delivers a very challenging, high-intensity, full-body workout that is low impact by design; ideal for any level of fitness. All classes have a full body focus and are taught in a high-energy atmosphere to motivating music.
