Sculpt and Burn is a mat-based workout inspired by Barre and Pilates. The high-intensity class incorporates props such as a stability ball, yoga block, and booty band. Using light weights with high repetitions, the workout is designed to push endurance and stamina. It’s a fun, fast-paced session that delivers a serious burn.
