Frequently Asked Questions

Your normal gym gear! For RA Strength you should wear trainers. For the Reform Method and the Microform classes, grip socks are mandatory. These are available for purchase at the studio.

Come in at least 10 minutes early to change and familiarise yourself with the space, changing rooms and studios. Let your trainer know if you’re new of any conditions or injuries you have or if you’re pregnant. Bring your Reform Athletica water bottle to class. Water points are available in the studios to fill your bottle. For those of you who don’t have a bottle with them, they are available to purchase at the reception. Please note that for safety reasons, you will not be admitted to class if you do not complete the induction prior to your first class.

No – we don’t make a distinction! Our approach and philosophy is that all levels are welcome. Every class can be tailored to both beginners and advanced students. The instructor gives suggestions for every level of fitness and experience. Let the instructor know that it's your first class so he or she can guide you through the process. It's a good idea to arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class to check in.
Yes, yes and yes! We have lockers in the changing rooms for client use but we do not recommend bringing anything valuable as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods. Our changing rooms are equipped with all that is needed to get you from gym ready to street ready.
Should you need to cancel your session, please be aware that Reform Athletica operates a 12 hour cancelation policy. Please note, your account will not be re-credited if you should cancel inside the 12 hour period.
Simply add your name to the waitlist by clicking waitlist alongside the class you wish to take and you will be added to the class if a space frees up outside the 12 hour cancellation period. Please note you will not be notified if any spot frees up within the 12 hour cancellation period and you will need to manually check and book yourself in.
Firstly, congratulations! If you have been attending Reform Athletica classes on a regular basis prior to becoming pregnant, you are welcome to participate in regular classes until the end of your 2nd trimester. To continue training at Reform Athletica when pregnant, please ask your trainer for prenatal consent form. Once completed, please send the form back to us via email to or bring the completed form into the studio where you train. Additionally please be sure to login to our website and update your profile with your due date. This will allow our instructors to be notified before you attend class that you are pregnant so that exercise modifications can be made for you. Once you have had your 6-week check with your doctor following the birth of your baby, we'll be delighted to welcome you back to the studio to help you get your body back after delivery. For clients who are pregnant and new to Reform Athletica, we do not advise starting Reform Athletica classes, however we'll be happy to help get you back into shape after you've given birth.

We thought you would never ask! To help us all have an amazing experience, here are a few to keep in mind:

  • All classes are non-transferable and non-refundable. No exceptions.
  • Be on time. If you’re more than 5 minutes late, you will not be admitted. If you are a first time client, you will need to come in 10 minutes before class to complete the induction. If you do not complete the induction, you will not be allowed in class.
  • Talking during class can be a distraction to those around you… this also includes texting or taking phone calls while in class.
  • We know that your phone battery is always at 15% so please leave your phone in the charging dock stations during class (or in your locker if you have a full charge).
  • No shoes are permitted on the megaformers. Grip socks are suggested but not required.
  • Towels are provided, but please leave them in the designated laundry baskets.
  • Please cancel class using your online profile/app. Please do not rely on email or calling the studio.

Yes, we do! Check out the schedule to find out more.

Of course! Give us a call at 043233670 or email us at and we will be happy to help you arrange for a PT session.

What a great idea! We offer gift cards with the different packages loaded on them. You can buy these on the Reform Athletica. Otherwise, please ask at reception or email where we can give you a lovely physical gift card!

Unfortunately, we are unable to extend the validity on any class packages, except with the provision of a doctor's note for a medical reason.

Yes, except for the Founder's package which must be used exclusively at ICDBP.

No, you can use your normal credits to book yoga classes, however it would be more cost-efficient for you to buy a yoga package if you're doing yoga often.

In B1 or B2, the cost is AED 20 for the first two hours and a further AED 20 for every hour thereafter. Note: Parking is FREE after 6pm and also FREE during the weekend.

There are a few options when it comes to parking. The first is parking in B1 or B2. The second is RTA parking - RTA parking is located outside ICDBP and throughout DIFC. Please be mindful if choosing this option as it is quite difficult to find a space during peak hours. Your 3rd option is using the Gate Avenue Parking which is free for the first hour, and then a charge of AED10 will incur for each additional hour.

Once parked, please take the elevator to level 1. Once you’ve arrived at the summer garden, please take the second elevator (to the left of Lulu and the Beanstalk) to level 2 and you will reach our studio.
