Hi, I’m Savannah. I’m originally from Greece, but I’ve called the UAE home for the past 7 years. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science and have always been passionate about understanding how movement, recovery and lifestyle intersect to create real, lasting results.
I teach Sculpt at Reform Athletica, a powerful fusion of Pilates, Strength and Yoga delivered in a low-impact, high-intensity format. It’s designed to build endurance, lengthen and tone your muscles while protecting your joints.
Wellness is more than a career for me, it’s a lifestyle I’m completely devoted to. I train at Reform Athletica daily, practicing both Sculpt and the RA Method (our take on the Lagree method) at least 6 times a week. I know firsthand that these methods work, they’ve transformed my own body and mindset. I’m results-driven and passionate about helping others feel strong, capable, and aligned in theirs.

Wellness Tip: My go-to? Daily contrast therapy. I sauna and ice bath every single day, it’s a non-negotiable. It helps reduce inflammation, improves recovery, boosts mental clarity, and keeps me grounded. Wellness isn’t just about working out, it’s about the way you live.
