I’m Kiana, born in Iran and raised in Vancouver, Canada since the age of one. Over the years, I’ve lived in Los Angeles, Mexico, Bali, and I’m now so happy to finally call Dubai home.
I studied theatre and performing arts in college, but my passion for fitness began at a very young age and has been a driving force in my life ever since. My fitness journey started with strength training, but over time, yoga and mindful movement took the lead.
I’m a 500 hour certified yoga teacher, certified in Reformer Pilates, and I’m now proud to be part of the Reform Athletica team and method! My diverse background allows me to create well-rounded, challenging workouts that prioritize alignment, form, and intention. With my foundation in yoga, I aim to design sequences that are not only physically effective but also grounded in mindfulness and presence.
You’ll usually find me on the yoga mat or on the Megaformer — and I can’t wait to meet you there!

Wellness Tip: Connect to your breath, drop out of the mind and into the body. Honor where you are, but stay mindful of any limiting beliefs that might be holding you back. You’re stronger than you think!
