Hi, I’m Gabriella, from Cape Town, South Africa.
I’m a Wellness Coach and Yoga & Mindfulness Educator teaching yoga at RA Riyadh. I’m certified with Yoga Alliance to teach Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin yoga, and bring over a decade of personal practice alongside international training into my teaching.
Yoga became a turning point in my life after experiencing burnout during my previous corporate career. Through that journey, I discovered that yoga is far more than physical movement, it’s a powerful pathway to healing, self-awareness, and balance.
Today, I’m deeply passionate about helping others reconnect with themselves. My intention is to support students in releasing stress, building strength, and finding a more sustainable sense of balance - just as yoga helped me do!
My classes blend mindful movement with breath-led intention, creating a space where you can slow down, reset, and feel supported. You can expect to leave feeling calm, grounded, and stronger."
