My journey with yoga began during my time in university when a friend invited me to join her for a yoga
class. After experiencing the transformative benefits, almost instantly, and deepening my
understanding of the practice, I felt called to share this practice with others, which inspired me to complete my yoga teacher training in India. Since then, I have completed additional
trainings in breathwork and Anusara yoga, which I incorporate in my classes.
My teaching approach focuses on posture alignment and precision, inviting students to deepen their connection to themselves by fully experiencing the benefits of each pose. As someone who is passionate about understanding the human experience and helping others unlock their full potential through movement and breath, I left a career in tech and
consulting to fully devote myself to this mission. My intention is to share my knowledge and help others feel strong, confident and grounded. Although I am originally from Syria, I consider the UAE My home. When I’m not teaching, you can find me exploring nature, reading and spending time with my loved ones.
What to expect in my class: You can expect my classes to always have good tunes, most like oldies remixes and minimal, to keep you motivated through the challenging sequences! my favorite moves are the cobra and hamstring curls, so definitely expect those (great for all the yogis out there looking to complement their practice!)
Birthday: May 7th
One thing that surprises people about me: I used to play tennis competitively.
