Hi, I’m Alizée Beerens!

I’m 23 years old, originally from Belgium, and I’ve been living in Dubai for the past 7 years. I’m a certified STOTT Pilates instructor as well as Lagree certified. I bring a mix of positive energy, a love for movement, and a focus on helping people feel proud of themselves—just for showing up. I want everyone in my class to walk away feeling stronger, more confident, and more connected to their body. And yes… hopefully with their abs on fire too (my favorite!).

Runners meet Reform, @broad_run_ and his @trainwithbrp team took on a runner-focused Lagree Megaformer + Microformer session - working muscles they didn’t even know existed! Designed to build strength, mobility, and prevent injury, the class left everyone stronger, stretchier, and mentally ready for the race season ahead.
