Do you have a beginner’s class?
No – we don’t make a distinction! Our approach and philosophy is that all levels are welcome. Every class can be tailored to both beginners and advanced students. The instructor gives suggestions for every level of fitness and experience. Let the instructor know that it's your first class so he or she can guide you through the process. It's a good idea to arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class to check in.
