Sculpt & Burn - a full-body workout that blends mat Pilates, barre, strength, and yoga, all set to the beat of the music. Using a variety of props, you’ll perform high-repetition exercises that tone lean muscle, build endurance, and raise your heart rate while improving stability and coordination. Haven’t tried it yet? Runners meet Reform, @broad_run_ and his @trainwithbrp team took on a runner-focused Lagree Megaformer + Microformer session - working muscles they didn’t even know existed!
