Designed to mimic many Megaformer movements, this class combines Microformer exercises with weights and bodyweight training for a full-body burn. Move of the Month with Larissa: The Bear Plank One of Larissa’s signature moves is the bear plank. She’ll walk you through the exercise: begin in a high plank, pull your knees under your hips, then press back out while keeping your pelvis steady and level. This move targets your shoulders, abs, and obliques, and it works seamlessly across all equipment. Wrist-friendly options and twisting “dancing bear” variations are also available.
