I have always been interested in wellness and fitness, but it came as a surprise to me when this was the direction my career took! After many years working in global marketing roles I reached a point of complete exhaustion and fatigue, and decided to take a 'break' from the corporate world. Little did I know that the Universe had another career path in store for me!
My professional fitness journey started 7 years ago as a Barre Instructor in Nairobi, Kenya. I was quick to realise that I loved being a part of my clients fitness and wellness journey and that I wanted to pursue this line of business. Having always loved the practice of yoga, I decided to complete my Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training (500 hr) and after becoming a mother myself, I knew I needed to share my love of fitness with mothers and mothers-to-be, and became certified in Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga.
What to expect in my class: In my class you can expect a full body workout, where creative sequences flow to world beats. I love planning classes and playlists to match, so you’ll always experience a unique sequence and exotic class vibe. And don’t be fooled by my yoga background … Whilst my demeanor might be calm, my sessions are sure to get you shaking! I’m a stickler for form so I’ll offer adjustments and modifications where necessary, but always ensure you’re pushed to your limit.

One thing about me that surprises people: I'm pretty much an open book I think! But whilst people know me as a Yoga Instructor, they don't often know that I am also a Holistic Living and Inner Voice Facilitator
