“I have always been interested in wellness and fitness, but it came as a surprise to me when this was the direction my career took!
My professional fitness journey started 7 years ago as a Barre instructor in Nairobi, Kenya. Having always loved the practice of yoga, I decided to complete my Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training (500 hr) and after becoming a mother myself, I knew I needed to share my love of fitness with mothers and mothers-to-be, and studied Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga.
I have now added Lagree to my repertoire of fitness disciplines and I must say, I find myself slightly obsessed with it. If I am not teaching a class, you'll find me sneaking into one!
My style of teaching combines traditional and creative sequencing. I love planning my classes and ensure to give each class a unique flavour.”
