I started practicing yoga in my early teens but it was many years later, whilst taking some time out in Bali that I fell in love with its true teachings. I found that through yoga I was able to stay grounded and connected, to myself and something unexplainably larger. I also found myself in better shape than when I used to spend hours sweating it out at the gym!

Having escaped the corporate world, I found the time to focus on studying yoga, and in 2018, while pregnant with my first daughter, I graduated as a Vinyasa Yoga Instructor (500 hr). After becoming a mother myself, I knew I needed to share my love of yoga with mothers and mothers-to-be, and studied Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga.

My style of teaching combines traditional and creative flows! I love sequencing classes and ensure to give each class a unique flavour, while still staying true to the essence and alignment of yoga.

  • Birthday: 11 May
  • Favorite holiday destination: I love to travel and explore new countries, food and cultures. If I had to choose 1 place that my heart connects to, it I would be Bali. And for some reason, Portugal is currently pulling many heartstrings (so I hope for it to be my next travel destination).
  • Music you’ll hear in my class: Ambient in class; anything Latino out of class!
  • Favorite treat meal: Homemade pizza
  • Netflix series I Iast binged: Selling Sunset!
  • What’s one thing about you that surprises people? I'm pretty much an open book I think! But whilst people know me as a Yoga Instructor, they don't often know that I am also a Holistic Living and Inner Voice Facilitator
  • Favorite book: The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle
  • Favorite quote: "Sometimes we need to stop analysing the past, stop planning the future, stop figuring out precisely how we feel, stop deciding exactly what we want ... and just see what happens." Carrie Bradshaw
