Hey I’m Vicki! Born and bred in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK. As a professional dancer performing onstage 8 shows a week, I gained a deep understanding of safe, effective movement. Aside to my dance training, Yoga and Pilates played a huge part in me sustaining a career in Theatre for 17 years. I’ve been lucky to travel the world whilst doing what I love, which has given me exposure to various styles of practice & the ability to learn from many great teachers/artists across the UK, Europe, New Zealand, Australia, Asia & the USA.
The progression to teach, for me, was a natural one. I am extremely passionate about movement, the mind-body connection and having versatility in your chosen training methods. I hope to encourage you to bring absolute awareness to all of your daily movement, not only in the studio, so that you can learn to trust your body, and most of all - learn to love it.
