Hi, I’m Chanchal, certified RYT 200 yoga teacher and sound healing practitioner. I help people shift their mindset to believe in themselves more and help them build habits that align with their vision/goals. Each of my classes will leave you feeling refreshed and filled with new positive energy.
I used to work the corporate 9-5 life and started my wellness journey and Meow Yoga (e-commerce store) along the way. It slowly turned into a side hustle, and as each year passed I became more and more involved. I decided to take a chance and follow my passion, making a complete shift in 2019.
Every day I grow my practice into the depths of yoga through scriptures and books. After ever class, I love to share bits of information that I learn, either in the form of a positive quote or insight from the class that you can carry with you through your day.
What to expect in my class: In my vinyasa yoga class, I explore sequences that will help you feel your best. Yoga to me is about connecting the breath in each pose and opening up the body, so be prepared to really dive inwards to help you deepen your practice. You will hear the most relaxing music with frequency healing that will make you feel as though you've entered a sacred space. Yoga is beneficial in so many ways including: stress release, posture correction, rectifying hormonal imbalances, pain management ( back pain, neck/shoulder stiffness, sciatica etc) and so much more!
In my deep stretch class, expect to hold poses for longer. No matter how stiff you feel, this is a good class to wind down and relax. If you have any soreness, tight muscles, inflexibility or pain, this is the class for you. The music I choose for this class is soft lo-fi music that puts you ready in the mood for a nice slow evening.
