Hi! My name is Shekinah, but you can also call me "Yna". I hail from the Philippines.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing Management, along with a vocational qualification in Healthcare services as a Nursing Aide. With over four years of experience in customer service, I firmly believe that effective communication is essential in this field.
I am thrilled to be part of the RA Team and I can say that I'm enjoying the Microform class. In addition, I also have a passion for sports; I have played chess, volleyball, and badminton. I consider myself adventurous, although I do have a fear of heights.
