My name is Sheena and I come from the Philippines. I love celebrating the body and and I believe that a regular movement practice is an essential part of living a good and healthy life.
With Reform Athletica, I am passionate about creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our clients who are working on their personal goals as well their physical and mental wellbeing.
