Hi! My name is Hiba Abduljabbar, and no, I am not related to Kareem Abduljabbar, although that would be cool. However, I was on the varsity basketball team, if I must say :)
I am originally Iraqi, but I grew up in Washington DC, USA. I have been living in Dubai for 15 years and have visited every workout studio you could possibly think of as a gym fanatic.
Previously, I was an ABA therapist for young children and worked in a nursery as a principal for many years, but I left my full time job to be an indoor cycling instructor (my passion) which I have been doing for 8 years.
Before Megaformer was “a thing” in Dubai, I used to fly back to the states and visit as many of the Megaformer studios as I could- I would go everyday, sometimes twice a day. The first time I tried RA my heart skipped a beat (not literally) and I fell in love with the studio. Now, I have the opportunity to teach it and I am so excited because I hope I can make someone else fall in love with it as much as I did. I love helping and guiding people, and I cannot wait to meet you!
