At Reform Athletica, we offer five signature classes; each carefully developed by our team of head trainers to ensure all your training bases are covered. A CLASS APART

Reform Athletica’s entire concept has been thoughtfully put together to offer you a premium fitness experience. We’re a boutique fitness studio offering Lagree and pilates inspired classes, which are divided into small groups of no more than 14, so clients get personalised focus in a group setting. You enjoy:

  • Easy processes: There are no sign in fees or membership requirements. Instead we offer a pay-as-you-go system with single, 5, 10, 20 or 30 class packages.
  • Many ways to book: Easily book a class online through our site or app, or drop by our studio for assistance.
  • Ladies-only classes: Get access to fitness classes for women where you can workout in complete privacy. We also offer mixed classes to suit everyone’s needs.
  • Seamless cancellations: Enjoy free cancellations 12-24 hours before your class starts.
  • Personal training: Our class sizes are small, but if you want one-on-one time, you can opt for personal training with our expert coaches.

REFORM

Our Signature class. The low-impact, high intensity reform method class takes you through intense strength exercises incorporating some pilates-inspired movements performed on the Lagree Megaformer M3K+. Expect a tough 50 minutes that will help increase your strength, stability and coordination.

MICRO

The Microformer is essentially a living-room sized Megaformer, allowing you to perform most of the same moves done on the Mega. Our microformer classes also include mat work which will involve (but is not limited to) free weights, cardio bursts, kettlebells and more.

STRENGTH

Our RA Strength class is designed to help you lift smarter and get stronger while focusing on improving your form and technique using a variety of equipment such as Dumbbells, KettleBells, TRX and more!

SCULPT

Sculpt and Burn is a 50 minute dynamic, high intensity, low impact class, drawing from various methods including Barre, Pilates and Yoga. This class integrates bodyweight exercises with props such as ankle weights, stability balls and light to medium dumbbells, all performed on the mat. Centered around enhancing movement, stability and muscular coordination, these dynamic toning classes will invigorate you as you synchronize with motivating music that will push your endurance to the maximum.

YOGA

Our Yoga is a 60 minute class focusing on increasing flexibility and mobility through a series of deep stretches and transitions. Beginning with an opening sequence to warm up the spine and connect to the breath, we then move into a series of dynamic flows. These sequences work on opening up and building strength through the body as we move throughout our full range of motion. The second portion of the practice focuses on a series of deeper stretches. These are held for an extended period of time, with the support of props and breath work.

Join our Microformer workshop with Lucie on 25th October for a hands on session where you’ll learn how to confidently manage your springs, adjust your positioning to suit your energy, and discover how small tweaks can transform your workout.
