Fitness, wellness and everything in between has been my life. It began with Pilates in Australia, complementing my ballet training, and continued throughout my years at The Royal Ballet School and over the duration of my professional, international ballet and dance career in Europe and Australia.
I completed my Diploma of Pilates, having taught, presented at conferences and educated throughout London and Sydney.
My introduction to Lagree was at Heartcore in London, where I was impressed with how it introduced me to a new perspective in strength training. I’m passionate at how movement has the power to change one’s life and look forward to seeing you in class where I’ll offer a little extra detail to get the most from you mind and body.
