Hello there! You may call me "Mia" for short. I believe in the saying, 'A coffee a day keeps the grumpy away!' However, more coffee a day keeps even more grumpy away!! lol
I have more than a decade of experience working in customer service. Having a good attitude, being kind to customers, and always staying optimistic are essentials for providing excellent customer service. Once you touch the customer's heart, you'll definitely gain their trust and sympathy. Conversely, facing and interacting with different types of people also helps me become a better person in everyday life.
I'll be joining as part of the 'Front of House Team', and it's my pleasure and great excitement to be a part of the Reform Athletica family.
