Hi, I’m Hanya! I am new to Dubai, and outside my fitness career, I am a Clinical Psychologist. I spent the past few years pursuing my career in Clinical Psychology in different areas around the world, and recently decided to pursue fitness full-time.
My passion for fitness began in my early 20s when I had some downtime between academic degrees. I used fitness as a way to reconnect with my thoughts and my body, a way to practice mindfulness. I quickly fell in love with the Megaformer as soon as I realized how much it helped me reshape my perspective on health and wellbeing- and then I thought, “I have to spread this feeling”. I decided to become certified and have been teaching ever since. Working out quickly went from feeling like a chore to being a fun time, a way to disconnect.
When I’m not on the Megaformer, you’ll find me sipping on a flat white, somewhere by the beach, or jamming to throwback RnB tunes. I enjoy reading, spending time with family, as well as spending time in nature and going on hikes.
My classes are mixed to cater to all fitness levels, and I’ll make sure you leave feeling your best. Expect to come and recharge in my class while you have a fun time.
