Hi, I’m Chanchal and I've been in Dubai since 1999. I used to work the corporate 9-5 life and started my wellness journey and Meow Yoga (e-commerce store) along the way. It slowly turned into a side hustle, and as each year passed I became more and more involved. I decided to take a chance and follow my passion, making a complete shift in 2019.
Since 2020 I have been a certified sound + energy healer and yoga teacher. I help people shift their mindset to believe in themselves more and help them build habits that align with their vision/goals. Each of my classes will leave you feeling refreshed and filled with new positive energy.
When I am not working/teaching a class you can find me playing badminton or getting a yummy breakfast.

You will hear the most relaxing music with frequency healing that will make you feel as though you've travelled to the mountains.I love to explore sequences, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. Enter as you are and step off the mat feeling balanced and refreshed.
