This 60-minute class helps to create space in the body using classical yoga postures and deep stretches. Suitable for all levels, these sessions are designed to aid muscle recovery, reduce the risk of injury and enhance performance. Deep stretch is a great complement to your regular yoga practice, sports routine or to add in on those days you're just feeling a bit stiff. We're sure you'll leave this session feeling rested, centred and relaxed.
