WHAT TO EXPECT FOR YOUR PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

To begin your personal training journey, you first need to choose a personal coach. If you are having trouble deciding, don’t worry. Just let us know, and we will ensure a suitable coach is assigned to you.

Here’s how it works: 

  • Planning and evaluation: Our head trainers will evaluate your fitness levels, understand your goals, and then make recommendations. Your personal coach will advise you on the frequency of classes per week and whether to combine different types of training.
  • Training: Each session will last a maximum of 45 minutes. It will begin with a light warm-up and end with a cool-down and an assisted stretching sequence. At Reform Athletica, all our programs are designed to complement each other so your body receives the conditioning it deserves. Make sure you are on time for your personal training and group fitness classes so you do not lose your slot!
