Hi, my name is Megan but please call me Meg, and I’m from Wales in the UK. I’ve been a qualified Personal Trainer for 16 years and I’m also a certified Lagree Instructor. My background includes working within the National Health Service as a Nutritionist, and I’m additionally a qualified Psychotherapist.

My passion lies in taking a holistic approach to wellbeing, not focusing on just one aspect, but drawing on all of my knowledge to help clients live happier, healthier lives.

I absolutely love teaching. The energy I receive from my clients is truly rewarding, and my classes are always high energy and connection driven. Being trusted to help transform both minds and bodies through movement is a huge privilege to me. 

I am a huge fan of the Megaformer and the slow controlled movements. It challenges the body and the mind to stay focused and resilient. Watching clients grow stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies is what makes teaching Mega so special.

I teach Mega, Micro, and RA Strength classes.
