Hello, my name is Clarence Gennie Cross, and I was born and raised in Naval, Biliran, Philippines. I studied Hotel Restaurant and Tourism management.
I've spent the last decade in Dubai, with eight and a half years in the hospitality industry before transitioning into fitness last year. I've found that customer service skills are highly transferable to the fitness industry, as they require constant communication with clients and demand patience, a crucial aspect of delivering exceptional customer service.
