Our flagship studio sits in a standalone villa on the high-profile Jumeirah Road. Based in Jumeirah 1, it marked our debut in Dubai—a space chosen to reflect the quality, energy and standard behind everything we do. From the training to the location, our Reform Athletica Jumeirah address has set the tone for all the success that has followed.

Group training studios

Spread across 3,500 to 55,000 square feet, our Jumeirah studio houses two group training studios. One is dedicated to Pilates-inspired Megaformer training, while the other is a fully equipped, multi-functional workout area using TRX, weights and other gear.

Personal training rooms

For those one-on-one sessions with your personal trainer in Jumeirah, we have two specially designed rooms for full-focus, uninterrupted workouts.

Reception and lounge area

Whether you’re waiting for your class to start or easing out of a session, our reception and lounge area is where you’ll find beautiful artwork from around the world, mood-setting music and a warm, welcoming vibe to effortlessly slip in (or out of) your workout routine.

Garden space

Step into our outdoor garden area, an open-air extension of our studio, and take in a moment of nature and stillness.

Changing rooms and amenities

Move of the Month with Kiana: Reverse Kneeling Inner Thigh! Kiana, one of our newer instructors at Reform Athletica, loves this move - and for good reason! It targets the inner thighs while engaging the pelvic floor, toning legs and strengthening the upper body. Stay tuned each month for a new Move of the Month!
November Trainer Spotlight - Meet Kiana! Kiana teaches Reform Method, Microform & Vinyasa Flow at both our Jumeirah and ICDBP studios. At RA, she thrives in the cozy, inspiring energy of the studio, and loves prepping the beds so every student walks into a calm, welcoming space. Join her classes to get to know her better!
Sculpt & Burn - a full-body workout that blends mat Pilates, barre, strength, and yoga, all set to the beat of the music. Using a variety of props, you’ll perform high-repetition exercises that tone lean muscle, build endurance, and raise your heart rate while improving stability and coordination. Haven’t tried it yet?
