RA’s high intensity TRX class is a challenging and energising full body workout focusing on more athletic conditioning. The TRX suspension trainer is at the centre of this workout. We also incorporate bodyweight drills as well as the use of weights and other tools to further challenge class participants in order to take your fitness to the next level and boost your overall calorie burn and development. Athletic trainers are a must for this class. All levels welcome.
