RA Yoga is a 50 minute class focusing on increasing flexibility and mobility through a series of deep stretches and transitions. Beginning with an opening sequence to warm up the spine and connect to the breath we then move into a series of dynamic flows. These sequences work on opening up and building strength through the body as we move through our full range of motion. The second portion of the practice focuses on series of deeper stretches. These are held for an extended period of time, with the support of props and breath work.
